Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our help desk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
