With batch sizes of only 1lb, we ensure the highest quality product for every order; beans that are too dark or light for the roast profile are filtered out, and batches with even slight errors are donated. We believe only the best deserves to be in your hands.

FAQ

Packaging

We package all coffee orders in our recyclable, minimalist tin-tie bags, which include a box for writing in your specific roast, grind, and blend; this is due to the high volume of customization in our products, and our inability to create variations in packaging for all roast levels, strain names, etc. due to high costs. Please browse our products to view these bags.

Shipping

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS based on our recent experiences with shipping delays and other problems, ensuring you receive your package as quickly as possible. We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis.

As for destinations, we ship to the continental United States free of charge, and will also ship to AK, HI, PR, and Guam with USPS rates.

Processing times

We usually ship orders out within 1-3 days, with rare exceptions due to issues with our growers; this will always be noted in the specific products' descriptions.

Payments

We accept all major credit companies, and offer PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience and safety.
